Request a Transcript

Requests for transcripts must be done in writing to Records and Registration. Requests cannot be made over the phone. Once your request is received, a transcript is sent within five working days. To request a transcript please send:

  • Your complete name and address
  • Your name while at Delhi if it was different from your name now
  • Your social security number
  • Your date of birth
  • The last complete semester you attended Delhi
  • The full address where you want the transcript sent
  • The numbers of transcripts you need
  • Your signature

Mail to SUNY Delhi, Records and Registration, 2 Main Street, 124 Bush Hall, Delhi, NY 13753. You may also fax your request to (607) 746-4569.

HOW TO GET YOUR UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT ON THE SUNY DELHI BRONCO WEB
Please note that transcripts are not available for some class years.

  • LOG ON to Bronco Web for Alumni
  • Key in your USER ID
  • Key in your PIN
  • On the MAIN MENU, click on STUDENT AND FINANCIAL AID
  • Click on STUDENT RECORDS
  • Click on ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT
  • Select ALL LEVELS
  • Select WEB TRANSCRIPT
  • Click on SUBMIT
  • Click on FILE in upper left corner of page
  • Click on PRINT
