Having problems logging in?

Check below for a list of possible reasons.

• Your PIN number must be a six-digit number.
• If you have unsuccessfully attempted to login five times, the system disables your PIN and you must contact the Alumni Office at alumni@delhi.edu or (607) 746-4600.
• In order to use Bronco Web, you must set your browser software to accept cookies because they are essential for site security, which is their only purpose.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I can't remember my User ID, what do I do?

A: Contact the Alumni Office at (607) 746-4600 or alumni@delhi.edu.

Q: I can't remember my PIN, what do I do?

A: The first time you logged in you created a "question and answer" in the event you could not remember your PIN. Go to the Login page, enter your User ID and click on "Forgot PIN" button. Once you provide the answer, you can enter a new PIN.

Q: Which browser is best to use for this program?

A: Only Internet/World Wide Web browser software is required. The most compatible browser software is Internet Explorer or Netscape. Other browser software will function, but generally has not been extensively tested or confirmed for use. For any browser software used, using the latest (highest number) version is the best practice. Beta versions of browser software always have difficulty.

AOL Users please note: The built-in AOL browser almost never works with this product. Install one of the standalone browsers in addition to AOL and use it after connecting to the Internet.

Q: On the Update address page, I see options other than "Mailing" and "Business," what should I update?

A: Since the online community is shared with students and faculty, other options appear that do not apply to alumni. We strongly suggest that you only update your mailing and business information.

Q: What email category should I choose as an alumnus?

A: Since the online community is shared with students and faculty, other options appear that do not apply to alumni. We strongly suggest that you select "Personal Email-non-SUNY Delhi" as your email category.

Q: Why can't I update my profile with my maiden name?

A: Our software does not allow for this option. To do a classmate lookup you can enter the maiden name and the married name will appear along with the personal information the classmate has opted to make public.
